Do I need technical experience?
No. I teach in plain language, and everything is explained for business owners, not developers.
What do I need to bring?
The tools you already use and the problem you want solved. That is all. We work with what you have.
When are the sessions?
Four Tuesdays: 3, 10, 17 and 24 November 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm UK time. Each one is a live, interactive 90-minute group session.
What is hot-seat feedback?
You bring a real challenge from your business and get focused, practical feedback from me and the group, so you leave with a clear next step.
Is this done-for-you?
No. It is a live teaching group. I show you how to build and use systems, pipelines and client journeys yourself, so you can keep improving them after the four weeks.
